US Govt, on June 22, charges that still-secret portions of Pentagon papers, last 4 volumes, have been leaked to press; says there is 'high likelihood' that source is defense in Ellsberg-Russo trial; says information, printed by J Anderson in his columns in Washington Post between June 9 and June 18, contain still highly classified and sensitive information including communications intelligence; US Atty special asst D R Nissen asks Judge W M Byrne Jr to hold inquiry to discover who allegedly violated ct order in leaking documents; Byrne issues protective order under which defense attys are required to submit to ct in private names of any consultants to whom they gave access to documents; orders these consultants also be served with protective order that prohibits any leaks to press; defense attys decline to name consultants; deny any knowledge of leak to Anderson; issue statement calling charges 'prosecutorial misconduct'; hold if leak did occur it probably came from Govt; Anderson tells AP he recd no information from defendants or their attys
